As our Executive Reward Specialist, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Global Head of Reward. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Executive Reward Specialist provides expert reward support for senior executives and critical leadership roles across the organisation. This role ensures executive reward arrangements are competitive, compliant, well‑governed and aligned to business priorities, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Working closely with the Global Head of Reward, senior People leaders and key stakeholders, the role supports the design, implementation and maintenance of executive reward frameworks, incentive plans and remuneration governance. The role plays a critical part in supporting the Remuneration Committee and will be instrumental in the review of the Remuneration Policy. enabling transparent, robust and well‑informed reward decision‑making at the most senior levels of the organisation.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Executive Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the design, implementation and administration of executive reward arrangements, including policy reviews, executive pay, incentives and benefits, providing analysis to inform remuneration decisions.
- Supporting the operation of short- and long-term incentive plans, ensuring accurate calculations, performance modelling and alignment with business goals, governance requirements and shareholder expectations.
- Conducting executive reward benchmarking and market analysis, providing insight on competitiveness, governance trends and pay positioning recommendations.
- Maintaining strong governance and compliance across executive reward, supporting regulatory requirements, documentation, audit trails and preparation of the Directors’ Remuneration Report.
- Preparing analysis and materials for senior stakeholders and committees, maintain accurate reward data and systems, and drive continuous improvement while handling sensitive information with discretion.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Strong expertise in executive reward, including job evaluation, benchmarking, incentive design, share schemes and broader total reward, with experience in complex multinational environments and governance frameworks.
- Advanced analytical capability with strong numerical skills, including modelling and scenario analysis, supported by excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate complex reward concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of accuracy, judgement and comfort with ambiguity, able to apply sound decision-making where data or precedent is limited while maintaining quality standards.
- Proactive, accountable and values-driven working style, acting with integrity, managing priorities independently, escalating appropriately and supporting capability development across the team.
