Arc is hiring Event Hospitality Staff to join our team, supporting a busy seasonal event across a variety of customer-facing food and beverage areas.

The majority of shifts will involve serving customers from busy bar units, with opportunities to also support marshmallow toasting stations and hot chocolate service.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a lively environment and can deliver great customer service while keeping things running smoothly, we want you on our team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving customers efficiently and professionally from bar units
• Preparing and serving hot chocolates and other hot drinks
• Supporting marshmallow toasting stations and interacting with guests
• Processing cash and card payments where required
• Delivering friendly and engaging customer service
• Keeping service areas clean, organised and well presented
• Working as part of a wider team to maintain a smooth and enjoyable guest experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service, hospitality or event experience is preferred
• Confident communicating with customers and working in busy environments
• Friendly, reliable and comfortable working as part of a team
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
