The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes and overseeing kitchen operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in fast-paced, prestigious environments and be part of delivering world-class food for racing fans, VIP guests, and private events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present food to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Work closely with front-of-house and event teams to ensure flawless service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP or sous chef in a busy kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
