EU People Operations Coordinator - 12 Month FTC (German Speaking)

We are now recruiting for a German speaking EU People Operations Coordinator to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis, who will be working in a fast-paced People Operations team, providing a high standard of support to the People function and our employees. We need you to be organised and be able to priorities your workloads in this exciting and varied position.
WHERE YOU SIT
As our EU People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior People Operations Coordinator - EU. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our EU People Operations Coordinator you will be accountable for:
- You will work closely within the team of People Coordinators to provide support to our employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle for our employees based in EMEA.
- You will be responsible for administration related to the employee life cycle in line with country legislation. (Eg. Joiners, movers, leaver, family leave and HR induction).
- You will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries including liaising with the wider People/Payroll Team.
- You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle ensuring that all documentation from Starters / Leavers and Changes is processed in line within country legislations.
- You will draft correspondence as required relating to offer letters, contracts, leavers letters, etc.
- Sickness administration for in country teams, ensuring relevant authorities are notified and documentation is filed accordingly.
- Supporting with in country benefits administration e.g., meal vouchers, travel cards.
- You will ensure both our electronic and paper employee records are kept up to date - regularly cleansing the data and archiving where necessary in accordance with local legislation.
- You will support both in country leads and payroll to provide a joined-up Operations experience for all employees to ensure that they receive the best employee experience.
- Provide any other ad hoc support and administration for the HR team as and when required.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Must have a level of fluency in speaking and writing in both English and German languages.
- Experience of working in an administrative role.
- Experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Capable of prioritising workload with a methodical approach to work.
- Strong customer service focus with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to build positive working relationships both within the People team and across all department to ensure the People department is seen as approachable, responsive, supportive and reliable.
- Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems such as Dayforce.
