The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we believe every memorable guest experience begins with a warm welcome and a safe journey. We are currently looking for a professional, reliable, and service-oriented Hotel Driver to join our team and deliver exceptional transportation services to our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, including airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other designated destinations.
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
- Provide helpful information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel facilities when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of hotel vehicles to the highest standards.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Adhere to all Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance requirements.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.
About You:
- Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's road network, traffic regulations, and key destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
