Across two days, you’ll build your skills through interactive sessions, networking and structured learning, while connecting with inspiring colleagues and leaders. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll also explore areas such as Audit, Tax, EY‑Parthenon or Technology, gaining a clearer view of where your career could take you at EY.

We offer three Discover EY programmes to choose from:

• Discover EY — Black Heritage in Business

The Black Heritage in Business programme is aimed at raising awareness with students of Black Heritage. It allows students to develop their skills and strengths and meet inspiring members of our EY Black Network.

• Discover EY — Women in Business

The Women in Business programme is designed to support students to develop into the leaders of tomorrow in Assurance, EY- Parthenon, Tax or Technology under the guidance of our empowered female colleagues.

• Discover EY — Social Mobility in Business

Our Social Mobility in Business programme is aimed at raising awareness with students from lower socio-economic backgrounds enabling them to learn more about EY, network with inspiring leaders, and gain an insight into either Assurance, EY- Parthenon, Tax or Technology.
