The Role:

At The Ned Doha, we are more than just a hotel — we are a vibrant destination where culture, hospitality, dining, and creativity come together. We are currently seeking a passionate and visionary Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the full MarCom function for The Ned Doha. The role is accountable for elevating the brand locally, regionally, and internationally, while delivering strong commercial results across rooms, membership, F&B, spa, and events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Elevating and strengthening the brand positioning of The Ned Doha, ensuring our identity continues to stand out within the luxury lifestyle hospitality scene.
  • Driving impactful PR visibility across Qatar, the GCC, the UK, the US, and other key feeder markets through strong media relationships and compelling storytelling.
  • Leading the property’s digital ecosystem — including social media, CRM, content, and performance marketing — to engage our audience and grow our community.
  • Supporting the continued recognition and success of our award-worthy dining destinations and our vibrant lifestyle venues.
  • Bringing The Ned’s global brand to life locally through cohesive, authentic, and inspiring brand storytelling.
  • Championing innovative marketing activations, cultural programming, and meaningful partnerships that connect The Ned Doha with the city’s creative and social scene.

About You:

  • 10–15 years’ experience in marketing & communications, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Mandatory luxury hospitality experience.
  • GCC experience required; Qatar preferred.
  • Strong exposure to lifestyle, membership, F&B, fashion, or cultural brands.
  • Experience working in luxury hospitality, fashion, or art, ideally with exposure in New York or Hong Kong.
  • Experience managing multiple agencies and multi‑market PR (GCC, UK, US).
