The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Housekeeping to lead our team and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and service at every touchpoint.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, understands Forbes Travel Guide standards, and is dedicated to delivering excellence through both people and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and inspiring the Housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards across guest rooms and public areas
- Ensuring all areas meet and exceed luxury hospitality and Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Managing daily operations, scheduling, and team performance
- Overseeing inventory, budgeting, and cost control while maintaining quality
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Driving team training, engagement, and continuous improvement
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior Housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury service expectations
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-driven approach
