The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Director of Banquet Operations to lead our banquet team and oversee the seamless execution of events across our dynamic and luxury environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day banquet operations, ensuring the successful execution of all events and functions
- Work closely with Sales, Events, Culinary, and F&B teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team while fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Monitor staffing requirements, scheduling, productivity, and labor costs to maximize efficiency
- Ensure all events are executed in line with company standards, guest expectations, and operational procedures
- Maintain strong financial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and improve operational processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
About You:
- Previous experience in a senior banquet leadership role, ideally within luxury hospitality brands
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event management, and Food & Beverage service standards
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Financial and commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational targets
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and delivering service excellence
