As our Digital Trade & VM Co‑ordinator you’ll be part of the Digital team working closely with brilliant people across the business. Reporting directly to Digital Trading Executive. You’ll be at the core of fast‑moving, high‑impact initiatives shaping Dr. Martens - today and for the future.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Digital Trade & VM Co‑ordinator supports the delivery of online trading performance and visual merchandising excellence across EMEA digital channels. Working closely with the Digital Trading & VM Lead, this role plays a key part in maximising conversion, sell‑through and brand presentation by ensuring products are merchandised effectively, launches are executed accurately and trading opportunities are identified and actioned.

This role sits at the heart of cross‑functional collaboration, connecting Digital Trading, Merchandising, Content, CRM, Paid Media and Markets to deliver a compelling and commercially optimised online experience.

  • Execute day‑to‑day online visual merchandising across EMEA websites, ensuring product presentation reflects trading priorities, stock position, newness and seasonal trends.
  • Own the setup and maintenance of the digital product catalogue, ensuring products are fully enriched with pricing, attributes, content, imagery and video, with SEO best practice applied.
  • Build and optimise product listing pages to enhance navigation, discoverability and conversion performance.
  • Maintain and update the Digital Range Plan, ensuring accuracy of launches by market and category.
  • Support trading performance through analysis and reporting, preparing weekly and ad‑hoc trading updates and highlighting areas for action.
  • Own the digital trade calendar, aligning site activity to regional trading events, campaigns and product launches.
  • Partner with Digital Merchandising and DTC teams to maximise stock opportunities for the digital channel.
  • Support the execution of promotional events and trading moments, ensuring assets, links and merchandising are delivered to a high standard.
  • Act as a point of contact for Customer Services on product‑related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Act as trade sponsor for a designated EMEA locale, representing digital trading priorities and supporting regional growth.


KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Commercially minded, with a strong interest in digital trading, ecommerce and online merchandising.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident working with data and KPIs such as conversion rate, sessions and sales performance.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, working effectively across multiple teams.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS or VM tools is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical and analytical skills.
  • Passion for brand, product and delivering a great consumer experience.
