About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Press Operator to join our team in Harrogate and run our HP Indigo printing press. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the full printing process - from preparing materials through to delivering high-quality prints ready for finishing.

Working Hours
Initially: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Flexibility required: This role may transition to 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts as business needs evolve
We're looking for someone adaptable and open to changing shift patterns.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and check raw materials, ensuring they meet required specifications
Operate the HP Indigo digital press to produce high-quality prints
Complete documentation for production tracking and quality control
Carry out process checks and collaborate with Quality Control for approvals
Follow production plans and meet deadlines set by the Planning Manager
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Escalate technical issues to the Digital Technician when needed
Hand over completed work for post-press finishing
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Ideally 0-2 years' experience in printing or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive, flexible approach in a fast-moving environment
Technical mindset with willingness to support other departments
Experience with HP Indigo machines is a plus (but not essential)
