The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we believe in creating spaces where people come together to enjoy great food, warm hospitality, and memorable moments. Millie’s, our vibrant all-day dining restaurant, brings classic dishes to life with a contemporary touch—served in a relaxed yet refined setting.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and grow with us as we continue to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing your assigned section
- Prepare and present dishes in line with our quality and presentation standards
- Ensure consistency, portion control, and attention to detail in every plate
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
- Support the team during service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Continuously learn and develop your culinary skills
About You:
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready to step up
- A genuine passion for food and a desire to grow within the culinary field
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
