This is more than just a bar job. You'll be part of the matchday atmosphere, working alongside a fantastic team and helping deliver an unforgettable experience for Harlequins fans throughout the 2026/27 season. ðð
ð Working Hours
In this flexible and active role, you can choose your own shifts to fit around your schedule!
You will however need to complete a minimum of 3 shifts at Harlequins, The Stoop, to be eligible to work elsewhere.

Weâre looking for people with the right attitude and energy!
You'll need to be:
- OVER 18 due to alcohol handling
- Approachable, smiley and chatty â someone who enjoys meeting new people and creating a friendly experience for our customers
- Previous customer service or bartender experience preferred
- Comfortable being on their feet and active throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
The Role
- Serve beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks
- Take customer orders and processing payments through a till system
- Delivering fast, friendly and efficient service during busy periods
- Keep the bar clean, tidy and well stocked
- Restocking fridges and preparing your area for service
- Working closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Following all licensing, responsible alcohol service and hygiene procedures
