About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and detail-focused Content Creator to join our Marketing Team and play a key role in shaping how Fogo de Chão UK communicates with our guests.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You will be responsible for planning and developing our content strategy, as well as creating and managing content across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Fogo de Chão UK content strategy.
- Create fresh and engaging content for social media, campaigns and our blog.
- Create and manage e-newsletters.
- Manage our daily communications plan.
- Schedule and proofread content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the shared management of guest care.
- Produce monthly reports on social media activity and performance.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and bring forward new ideas and recommendations.
- Support the planning and execution of brand content shoots.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations Team to ensure content reflects our brand and guest experience.
About You
You will have:
- A marketing-related qualification, apprenticeship, degree or equivalent.
- Minimum two years' experience in marketing, content or social media.
- A strong understanding of social media and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written English, grammar and spelling.
- Experience using photography, editing and visual content tools.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- A creative mindset and passion for marketing and social media.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
