As we prepare to welcome athletes, spectators, and visitors from across the globe, we are committed to delivering an outstanding food and service experience that matches the energy and excitement of the Games.
To support this world-class event, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate team members to join us across our venues, The OVO Hydro, the SEC Centre, and the SEC Armadillo. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global sporting event, gain valuable experience, and contribute to creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

What will I be doing?
As a Team Member within our campus, you will be expected to provide exceptional service for all visitors, guests and client partners within the SEC Venue.
The expectation is to always provide a premium and efficient service to our guests. Attention to detail and a focus on creating a luxurious and seamless experience are essential. You’ll be working with a range of clientele, offering personalised service in an exclusive atmosphere.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Hospitality,Retail or Customer Facing role.
• Strong communicator
• Proven ability to work within a team

• To be polite, professional, and respectful always with customers, clients and colleagues
• To demonstrate a safe can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
• To maximise all sales opportunities
• To acquire a good knowledge of all products to be able to advise individuals on their product choice
• To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager and colleagues.
• To be aware of key stakeholders liaise with key partners and the Client as appropriate and needed
• Adherence to Levy policies and procedures
