The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Commis 1 to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment where creativity, teamwork, and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare high-quality ingredients and dishes in line with our culinary standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a professional kitchen.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
