CNC Operator (Late Shift)
Location: Exeter, Devon
Shift: Late Shift, Monday to Thursday, 11:30am to 9:45pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + 20% shift uplift

We're hiring CNC Operators for a busy precision engineering company that manufactures high-spec components for industries where quality matters. The workshop is modern, well organised, and packed with the latest CNC technology. The business has built a strong reputation for producing precision-machined parts for sectors including aerospace, motorsport, medical and defence.
What you'll be doing
Operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
Loading and unloading parts
Carrying out basic inspections using measuring equipment
Checking parts against drawings and specifications
Keeping machines running efficiently and safely
Working with the wider team to hit production targets and maintain quality standards
What we're looking for
Previous CNC operating experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Experience using micrometers, verniers and other inspection equipment
Good attention to detail
A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
Someone who takes pride in producing quality work
