Class 2 Driver
We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join a busy waste management operation covering Gloucestershire. This is an ongoing, full-time role offering early starts and consistent work.
The Role:
As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV) and supporting commercial waste and recycling collections across designated routes.
Your duties will include:
Driving Category C (Class 2) Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs)
Collecting commercial waste and recycling from business premises
Delivering, exchanging, and repositioning bins where required
Completing daily vehicle checks and associated paperwork/logs
Ensuring all loads are safely secured and compliant with safety standards
Providing a professional and courteous service to customers on all routesWhat We're Looking For:
Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
Valid Driver CPC qualification
Valid Digital Tachograph card
Previous experience with RCVs or similar vehicles is desirable (not essential)
