  • Support menu preparation and complete all to ensure kitchens are fully prepared for service and efficient event turnaround.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service across multiple catering outlets and hospitality spaces.
  • Adapt quickly to changing event schedules, guest numbers and last-minute requests while maintaining a calm, professional approach.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation that reflect the expectations of a premium live entertainment venue.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and attention to detail while representing both the venue and Constellation to the highest standard.
  • Take responsibility for the correct use and care of kitchen equipment, reporting faults or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Support and encourage junior team members where appropriate, promoting best practice and a positive team culture.
  • Complete all mandatory training and comply with company policies, procedures and safe systems of work at all times.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the venue's culinary management team to support the successful delivery of concerts and events.
