- Preparing high-quality dishes to specification while maintaining excellent food standards
- Ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for service
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during busy service periods
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Working as part of a professional and friendly kitchen team
👨🍳 What We're Looking For
You'll need:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Must be 18+
- Own safety shoes and chef knives
