👨🍳 THE ROLE
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences across our venues.
You'll work alongside experienced kitchen teams, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Managing your kitchen section efficiently during busy services.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, allergen and HACCP standards.
- Supporting menu preparation, stock control and portion management.
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Supporting corporate hospitality, conferences, events and large-scale catering operations.
- Ensuring kitchen areas are clean, organised and operating safely.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable chefs who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a great team.
You'll need:
✔ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie. (Minimum 1years previous experience required)
✔ Strong culinary skills and kitchen experience.
✔ Knowledge of food safety, allergens and hygiene standards.
✔ Confidence working in busy, fast-paced kitchens.
✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
✔ A positive attitude, professional approach and reliability.
✔ Flexibility to work across different venues and events.
Experience in contract catering, corporate hospitality or large-scale events would be a bonus!
