This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and is looking for consistent weekday daytime hours.

The Role 🍽️
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality food to a consistently high standard.
- Take responsibility for your section and support smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with daily food preparation and service.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and allergen standards.
- Support stock control, food storage and waste reduction.
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and compliant with food safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For 💪
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role.
- Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality food.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and hygiene.
- A reliable, organised and proactive approach.
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification as a minimum requirement.
