The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we celebrate timeless hospitality, vibrant dining, and the art of bringing people together. Millie’s, our charming and lively dining destination, is all about relaxed elegance, comforting classics, and impeccable service delivered with personality.
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section with confidence and precision
- Prepare and present dishes in line with our quality and brand standards
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
About You:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A genuine passion for food, quality ingredients, and great presentation
- A positive team player with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
