Strong experience as CDP or Demi CDP – Comfortable running a section.

A love for fresh, seasonal ingredients – Reflecting the Cotswolds’ agricultural heritage.

Excellent organisation – You keep prep, mise en place, and service running smoothly.

Consistency under pressure – You deliver beautiful plates every time.

Team spirit – You collaborate brilliantly with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and brigade.

Commitment to high standards – Food safety, flavour, presentation, and cleanliness.

📦 Manage stock efficiently – Rotation, labelling, ordering support, and minimising waste.
