KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with restaurants in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge.

We're looking for:
- The successful candidate will be keen to learn, reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
- This would be a standout opportunity for a junior Chef de Partie who is looking to learn and progress in a supportive environment.
- Experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited experience as long as you are keen to progress and learn new skills.
- While knowledge in Japanese cuisine isn't necessary, a friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team an essential!
