Customer Service Assistant (CSA)

Location: NG18 5BY

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant (CSA) to join our team within a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
• Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Supporting the setup and clear-down of hospitality areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety standards
• Handling customer queries and ensuring a positive experience
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and well-presented appearance
• Applicants must be able to commit to the full working hours outlined above

Uniform Requirements:

• Long-sleeved, ironed black shirt
• Smart black trousers or a knee-length black skirt
• Smart, enclosed black shoes
• Black tights must be worn with skirts

Additional Information:

• Photo ID is required on arrival for all shifts
• Candidates must be punctual, reliable, and well-presented
