About The Role
As the first point of contact for our Caravan Village, you are the face of the guest experience. You will blend a warm, high-energy welcome with the efficiency of a front-desk professional. Your mission is to ensure every guest—from first-time holidaymakers to long-term caravan owners—starts their break with a smile.
This role is 30 hours and a seasonal role until 27th November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- The Ultimate Welcome: Greet guests as they arrive at the resort, providing a friendly "sparkle" to their first impression.
- Check-In & Reception: Manage the busy check-in process, handling bookings, key allocations, and guest registration with accuracy.
- Expert Navigation: Provide clear directions around the resort and the Caravan Village, including specific units and facilities like the Pig and Whistle.
- Guest Support & Admin: Handle phone enquirers, log maintenance "jobs," and resolve guest feedback quickly to keep their holiday on track.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Guest Services and the Accommodation teams to ensure all check-in areas run smoothly.
