Business Administrator Location: HPC, Bristol (Onsite, 5 days a week) Pay Rate: £160 per day Our Client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is hiring for a reputable company to support their HPC Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project within the UK's new nuclear build programme. What you'll be doing: * Providing professional, accurate administrative support to the department and wider programme team * Managing diaries and itineraries, organising meetings, and preparing meeting packs * Coordinating travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements * Maintaining data and records for easy access and retrieval * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including counterparts across locations * Recording and producing minutes for key meetings * Handling office services such as reprographics and document binding * Responding to phone and email enquiries from a wide range of external parties * Drafting letters and reports, ensuring professional presentation and confidentiality What you'll bring: * Strong organisational skills with a flexible, methodical approach * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various levels of the organisation and external contacts * Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle multiple tasks effectively * Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work * Proficiency in Outlook or similar email/diary applications, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Previous experience supporting teams or projects in a fast-paced environment Ideal candidates will also demonstrate: * Strong relationship-building skills * The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands * A proactive attitude and a self-starter mindset Qualifications & Experience: * Proven administrative experience supporting busy teams or projects * Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to office and project environments This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a significant infrastructure project, supporting a dynamic team in a collaborative environment.
