Roles Available
🍽️ Hospitality Waiting
Work across Brighton FC’s premium hospitality areas, delivering exceptional service to VIP guests and creating a memorable matchday experience.
You’ll need:
- Previous hospitality experience – ideally as a Plate or Wine Waiter
- A polished and professional approach to guest service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Consistent match day availability
🍻 Bar Staff
Put your bar skills to work in one of our hospitality bars, serving guests and helping create an outstanding matchday experience.
You’ll need:
- Previous bar experience
- Confidence working with beers, wines, spirits and basic cocktails
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
- Consistent match day availability
🛍️ Retail
Support the retail team as a cashier or kiosk assistant, serving matchday guests and providing friendly, efficient customer service.
You’ll need:
- Previous customer service experience
- A friendly and professional approach
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a busy matchday environment
- Consistent match day availability
What We’re Looking For
Across all roles, we’re looking for people who have:
- Proven hospitality or customer service experience
- A polished and professional approach to guest service
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-end environments
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Aged 18+
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Pay Rates
- Standard roles: Starting from
- From £12.71 per hour + holiday pay = £14.24 per hour
