Breakfast Chef requirements:
- Min 2 years' experience
- Preparing and serving a continental breakfast as well as to order hot breakfast
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience running a section
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
