Role Purpose


The Booking Systems Specialist is responsible for the development, optimisation and governance of Nightcap’s sales systems and booking technology. The role sits within the sales team and acts as the critical link between marketing, sales and technology to ensure that all commercial offers and campaigns are translated into seamless, bookable guest journeys. This role owns the end-to-end systems delivery of sales initiatives, ensuring that offers created by marketing can be efficiently built, automated and launched through Nightcap’s booking platforms. The role also supports the ongoing evolution of sales technology, identifying opportunities to improve automation, booking conversion and the overall guest booking experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Systems & Guest Booking Experience
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end guest booking journey, ensuring the process from campaign engagement through to confirmed booking is simple, fast and seamless.
  • Support the development, configuration and optimisation of internal AI-solutions, ensuring these platforms support Nightcap’s evolving commercial strategy.
  • Ensure all experiences and offers are accurately built, tested and launched to support the wider sales team including Area Sales Managers and venue Sales Managers.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline booking flows, remove friction and improve conversion across digital booking channels.
  • Act as the key liaison between Marketing, Sales and Digital teams, ensuring offers are commercially viable, operationally deliverable and system-ready ahead of launch. Systems Governance & Integrity
  • Maintain governance of Nightcap’s sales systems, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity and consistent standards across the estate.
  • Implement clear systems processes and workflows that support how teams work, creating simple, reliable booking flows while ensuring accuracy and clarity across the business.
  • Develop processes and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient execution of sales offers across the business. Performance Analytics & Optimisation
  • Monitor booking funnel performance, conversion rates and auto-confirm performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, optimise system builds and increase booking conversion. Sales Team Enablement
  • Support the wider sales function by ensuring systems are configured effectively to support their activity.
  • Provide guidance, training and best practice to Area Sales Managers and venue Sales Managers on the use of sales systems and booking tools. Sales Technology & System Development
  • Support the development of Nightcap’s sales technology and AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve automation, integrations and booking functionality.
  • Lead or support the implementation of new sales technologies and integrations, including booking platforms, CRM functionality and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Work alongside project teams during system rollouts and integrations, ultimately taking ownership of operational delivery and ongoing management.


Key Attributes

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing sales systems, booking platforms or CRM systems, ideally within hospitality, leisure, events or a multi-site environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of sales automation, booking journeys and digital customer interactions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, digital and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to improve systems performance and conversion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver system builds within tight commercial timelines.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
