Betfred - Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to work with us in our betting team at our Racecourses across the country. You would be working in the public, restaurant and hospitality areas across some of our 58 racecourses around the UK. When you apply you will be able to chose your most local racecourse as your 'home course' and see the regional team it is a part of. One of our team will reach out to you to discuss to role and your local team requirements.

Who are we looking for?

· Applicants 18+

· Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred

· Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred

· Honest and reliable team members

· Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge

· Drivers/keen travellers - preferred not necessary

· Learning and understanding our products

· Providing a welcoming and friendly customer service

· Ensuring bets are placed accurately

· Providing accurate pay outs on winning tickets

Pay Rate

· CSA - £12.90 + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.61 per hour

· Courier - £14.05 + holiday pay 13.3% = £15.91 per hour

· The same rate for all ages 18+

· Monthly pay
