We are now looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at The Bertinet Bakery in Bath.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Preparing, packaging, and merchandising fresh bakery products to maintain attractive and fully stocked displays.
• Supporting the smooth day to day running of the bakery, including cleaning, stock control, and till operation.
• Assisting with food preparation and bakery tasks while following recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Working collaboratively with the team in a fast paced environment to ensure high operational standards are maintained.

About You

• Friendly, positive, and passionate about food and customer service.
• A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with customers and working as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy bakery environment.
• Eager to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food production, or a bakery environment is beneficial but not essential.

Location: Bertinet Bakery, 1 New Bond St Pl, Bath BA1 1BH

Hours: 8 hours per week – Any 2 days, 4 hours per day

Shift: between 7:30-16:30

Pay: £13.20 per hour
