From the roar of the crowd to the intensity of kick-off, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, leading kiosk teams to deliver fast, efficient and high-quality service to thousands of Wolves supporters on matchdays.

We’re looking for confident and experienced Retail Team Leaders to oversee one or multiple kiosks on busy matchdays, leading teams to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-energy stadium environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating kiosk teams across Molineux Stadium on matchdays.
• Overseeing one or multiple retail kiosks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supporting and guiding till operators, food & drink staff, and retail team members during service.
• Managing customer flow, queues and service standards during peak periods.
• Ensuring cash handling and till procedures are completed accurately.
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting replenishment where required.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues and resolving them quickly and professionally.
• Ensuring all company and unit policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Previous experience working in a stadium or arena retail kiosk is essential.
• Strong understanding of matchday retail operations and service flow.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable.
• Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support wherever needed.

This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Molineux Stadium throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 14th August – 8:00pm Kick-Off
• Saturday 29th August – 3:00pm Kick-Off
• Tuesday 8th September – 7:45pm Kick-Off
• Saturday 19th September – 3:00pm Kick-Off

…and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.
