Looking for a fun, fast-paced role at one of English football's most iconic stadiums? Join Constellation, part of the Levy UK family, and become part of the matchday team at Molineux Stadium, home of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.

From the roar of the crowd to the excitement of kick-off, you'll be at the heart of the action, preparing and serving high-quality food to thousands of Wolves supporters, helping to create an unforgettable matchday experience.


We’re looking for experienced and confident Retail Cooks to work in our busy public catering kiosks, helping to deliver fast, high-quality food service on matchdays.

You’ll be preparing and cooking fan favourites including:

  • Fries
  • Burgers
  • Pies
  • Hot food items from grill and fryer stations

If you’ve worked in a fast-paced kitchen environment before — such as a grill, quick-service restaurant, or branded outlet — this is the role for you.


What you'll be doing:

  • Cooking and preparing food in busy stadium retail kiosks at Molineux Stadium.
  • Operating grill, fryer and hot holding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Producing high-volume food orders quickly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Supporting smooth matchday service across the kiosk team.
  • Ensuring food is consistently presented to a high standard.
  • Maintaining clean, safe and well-organised workstations.
  • Following strict food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times.
  • Complying with all company and unit policies including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.


What we're looking for:

  • You must be aged 18 or over.
  • You must be comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served and handled.
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience in a fast-paced environment is essential or strongly preferred.
  • Confident working grill, fryer or similar kitchen stations.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food in a busy service environment.


This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Molineux Stadium throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.


Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

  • Friday 14th August – 8:00pm Kick-Off
  • Saturday 29th August – 3:00pm Kick-Off
  • Tuesday 8th September – 7:45pm Kick-Off
  • Saturday 19th September – 3:00pm Kick-Off


and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.
