What you’ll be doing
Delivering great drinks, fast
- Preparing and serving drinks to brand specification
- Maintaining speed and accuracy during peak service
- Ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
Bringing the atmosphere
- Engaging confidently with guests at the bar
- Creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment
- Recommending products and supporting sales
Running a tight bar
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and service-ready
- Staying on top of stock and preparation
- Following all operational procedures and standards
What we’re looking for
- Energetic and engaging personality
- Fast, accurate, and calm under pressure
- Team-focused and supportive
- Positive, proactive mindset
Experience
Bar experience is preferred but not essential. Attitude and energy are key.
