Hidden Society is a cocktail bar rooted in quality, intention, and considered hospitality, right in the heart of Fitzrovia. This is a venue designed for people who care deeply about craft, standards, and how guests feel when they sit at the bar.
At Hidden Society, our bartenders are Apprentices of the Art.
They don’t just stay behind the bar; they move with the rhythm of the room. You are expected to work seamlessly across bar and floor - preparing a masterpiece in the glass, then delivering that story directly to the guest.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Drinks & Craft
- Preparing and serving cocktails with precision, balance, and consistency
- Following recipes, prep standards, and service rituals without compromise
- Maintaining high standards across glassware, garnish, and presentation
Floor & Guest Experience
- Delivering drinks to tables and engaging with guests not as a "server," but as a storyteller.
- Supporting table service, clearing, resetting, and maintaining atmosphere
- Explaining menus, concepts, and drinks in a calm, approachable way
Standards & Care
- Keeping both bar and floor clean, organised, and guest-ready, there is nowhere to hide clutter.
- Noticing what the room needs before it’s asked for - the essence of "Silent Service."
- Supporting service and close-down as a shared responsibility
Team & Learning
- Working under the guidance of our “Sensei” (Bar Manager) and the “Artist” (Head Bartender).
- Taking feedback positively and using it to improve your craft
- Taking pride in your development, using feedback and personal curiosity to sharpen your hospitality instincts and technical skills.

- Is a student of the craft, eager to learn the "WHY" behind every drink and every piece of art
- Communicates confidently and enjoys guest interaction
- Is adaptable, proactive, and takes pride in shared responsibility
