Bartender – Brighton i360

From laid-back daytime drinks and busy brunch trade to sunset cocktails, private events and packed summer weekends, this is a venue with serious atmosphere, pace and personality.
We’re looking for confident, energetic Bartenders to join the team and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of Brighton’s most exciting beachfront venues.
This is a role for people who love busy bars, great music, fast-paced service and creating an atmosphere guests want to come back for.
The Role
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering fast, friendly and high-quality service across the venue’s bars and events spaces.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
- Delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Creating a fun, energetic atmosphere behind the bar
- Working confidently during busy services and events
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and bar standards
- Supporting the wider team across the venue when needed
- Following licensing, health & safety and compliance procedures
About You
You’ll already have some experience working in busy bars, restaurants or hospitality venues and be confident working in fast-paced
services.
You’ll bring:

- Energy, personality and a passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
- Cocktail experience is a bonus - but personality, attitude and energy matter just as much.
