While this role is primarily bar-based, all team members are part of one front of house team and may support other areas, including guest welcome, ticketing, café service, retail and hosting - depending on the needs of the day.
We’re looking for experienced bartenders to deliver high-quality drinks and great service in a fast-paced, seafront venue, from daytime trade through to events and evening service.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working across the bar and supporting wider hospitality service, including:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks to a high standard
- Delivering fast, friendly and professional service during busy, high-volume periods
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and confidently recommending drinks
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Supporting floor service when needed, including table service and food delivery
- Assisting with events, private dining and hosted experiences
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
You’ll be part of a team that works together to deliver consistent, high-quality service every shift.
What we’re looking for
- Previous bartending experience
- Confident making cocktails and working with a wide range of drinks
- Comfortable working at pace while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
- Flexible and reliable, including evenings and weekends
