We’re looking for a Bartender to join the team at The Old Queen’s Head.
The Old Queen’s Head is an award-winning North London pub that moves between great food, proper pints and late nights. We serve one of the area’s most popular Sunday roasts, we’ve recently launched our in-house pizza concept Hot Saint, and our club room hosts DJs and late-night parties throughout the week.
It’s a pub with a lot going on. Great drinks, good music and a lively crowd. We’re looking for someone warm, charismatic and full of energy who loves the buzz of nightlife and knows how to make guests feel welcome at the bar. If you enjoy music, busy rooms and the atmosphere of a proper late-night pub, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Pouring great pints, mixing drinks and keeping the bar organised and ready for service.
- Preparing classic cocktails confidently and consistently, while maintaining speed and quality during busy service.
- Welcoming people in, taking orders quickly and making sure everyone is well looked after.
- Working in a fast-paced environment where the pub shifts from relaxed daytime service to busy late nights and club events.
- Working closely with the floor and bar team to keep service flowing and the atmosphere positive.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working behind a busy bar
- Confidence making classic cocktails
- Someone warm, charismatic and great with people
- Confidence working in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Strong teamwork and communication
- A genuine interest in pubs, drinks and music
What to Expect
- Competitive pay at £13.00 - 15.00 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
