Home to 8 independent kitchens, 2 full bars, a live stage and an outdoor terrace, it’s a place that’s always busy and full of energy. As a Bartender, you’ll be behind one of the bars bringing the atmosphere to life — serving quality drinks at pace and helping deliver the fun, social experience guests love about Market Halls Paddington.

The role
As a Bartender at Market Halls, you'll be right at the centre of the action. You will:
- Prepare, serve and present drinks to company standards
- Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
- Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar
- Recommend drinks confidently and upsell where appropriate
- Create warm, memorable guest interactions
- Follow all safety, compliance and cash-handling procedures
- Support a positive, collaborative team culture
