Looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly catering team in Bristol! If you love making great coffee, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:00pm

Role Responsibilities ☕

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and hot drinks using bean-to-cup machines.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Assist with food preparation and service when required.
• Keep counters, equipment and service areas clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Replenish stock, cups, mugs and other supplies throughout the day.
• Check coffee machines and equipment are working correctly.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Requirements 💪

• Previous Barista experience is essential.
• Confident preparing a variety of coffees and operating bean-to-cup machines.
• Able to work quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
• Excellent timekeeping and a commitment to high standards.
• Comfortable standing and moving around throughout the shift.
