Looking for a short-term, fast-paced role where you can showcase your barista skills and earn great money? Arc Hospitality is hiring experienced Baristas for The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale, taking place from 11th – 19th July (flexibility required across event dates- must be free 15th - 19th July).
This is your chance to be at the heart of one of golf’s most prestigious tournaments—serving freshly brewed coffee to VIP guests, corporate clients, and thousands of spectators in a world-class sporting environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting high-quality coffees and specialty drinks quickly and consistently
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy, high-energy setting
- Working as part of a dynamic hospitality team
- Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency behind the coffee station
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume environment
- Confidence using coffee machines and preparing a range of drinks
- Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

What We Need From You
- Availability from 15th – 19th July (ideally for the full event. Flexibility needed from 11th - 20th July, shift patterns dependent)
- Ability to travel to and from Royal Birkdale
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar role or event
- A positive, team-player attitude
- The right to work in the UK
