Constellation are on the lookout for enthusiastic, coffee-loving Baristas to join our Front of House team at the stunning RHS Garden Wisley — helping create memorable moments for visitors, one great cup at a time ☕
Working Pattern
Various shifts available across 7 days a week
Typical hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (daytime service)
Where You’ll Work 🌿
Set within one of the UK’s most beautiful gardens, RHS Wisley welcomes thousands of visitors each week. You’ll be working across busy cafés and food outlets, serving guests enjoying everything from relaxed garden strolls to seasonal events and exhibitions.
Parking is available however due to the location of the venue, please check transport links before applying!
Public bus: No. 462 and 463 bus services (hourly) from Woking and Guildford, seven days a week
Public bus: No. 714 bus service (hourly) from Kingston, Monday to Saturday
What You’ll Do
As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of a vibrant, customer-focused environment, delivering high-quality drinks with consistency and care. Your role will include:
- Crafting barista-style drinks ☕ (cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, americanos, espressos, mochas, teas and hot chocolates)
- Steaming and texturing milk to a high standard, including dairy alternatives 🥛
- Serving food and grab-and-go items 🥐
- Managing allergens and dietary requirements responsibly
- Keeping coffee stations clean, stocked and well-presented
- Delivering warm, friendly and professional service every time 😊
From busy weekend peaks to relaxed weekday service, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every visitor.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused individuals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team players with a proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in drink quality
- Minimum 2 months’ experience using a manual coffee machine
Essentials
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Woking, ideally you will drive and have own transport
- Over 18s only
