Are you passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team across a variety of workplace and hospitality venues in South London.
Working in modern corporate cafés and hospitality environments, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality bean-to-cup coffees, serving customers with a smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're an experienced Barista or have customer service experience and a passion for coffee, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift Information
- Predominantly Monday to Friday shifts
- Daytime working hours (shift times vary depending on the venue)
- Flexible shifts available to suit your availability

- Pay rate: £13.77 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality bean-to-cup coffees and speciality hot drinks
- Serving food, drinks and refreshments to customers
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
- Replenishing food and beverage displays
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming café environment
- Cleaning and maintaining coffee machines and equipment
- Following Food Safety, Health & Safety and allergen procedures at all times
- Working efficiently as part of a friendly and professional team

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months previous Barista or café experience
- Experience using bean-to-cup coffee machines is essential
- A passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service
- Friendly, confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Barista, Café Assistant or Hospitality role is essential.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is desirable but not essential, we can provide this training
- Some venues may require a DBS Check depending on the site. If required, we'll support you through the application process.
