The Role:
At The Ned Doha, every cup tells a story. We're looking for a passionate and energetic Barista who loves crafting exceptional coffee, creating memorable guest experiences, and bringing positive energy to every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
- Share your knowledge of our beverages and menu to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Work closely with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, luxury hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for coffee and exceptional guest service.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty coffee preparation.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
