We are seeking unique, enthusiastic Barista’s with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.
What You'll Do
· Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
· Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
· Thrive in a physical and fast-paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy. Operate espresso machinery, lift and unpack stock. Prolonged standing, walking and repetitive movements related to drink preparation and cleaning on shift.
· Be a true team player - Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.
· Take pride in the details - maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.
What We Are Looking For
· A positive attitude and strong communication skills
· Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
· Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required
· Clean and well-maintained appearance. No fake nails, nail polish, or false lashes are to be worn on shift.
· Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is published 3 weeks in advance.
