Our menu celebrates Scotland’s rich culinary heritage, using native ingredients, time-honoured techniques and traditional flavours, reimagined in a contemporary way. Service at Badger & Co is all about the guest experience. We take a storytelling approach to the menu, guiding guests through dishes, drinks and the overall experience to create something memorable, not just a meal.

Duties
- Deliver warm, attentive and knowledgeable service throughout the guest journey
- Guide guests through the menu, confidently explaining dishes, ingredients and drinks in a storytelling style
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Support both floor and bar operations to ensure smooth, consistent service
- Maintain clean, organised sections and ensure tables are reset to a high standard
- Ensure all guests are looked after, anticipating needs and responding to feedback
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
Required Skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage and guide guests through the menu
- Good knowledge of food and drink, or a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A team-focused mindset, supporting colleagues across floor and bar
- A genuine interest in hospitality as a long-term career
