The Role:
We are currently looking for a Back of House Attendant to join our Team Members' Cafeteria team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, outgoing, and service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people and helping create a welcoming experience for colleagues every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the daily operations of the Team Members' Cafeteria, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with food and beverage service for team members during meal periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the cafeteria and surrounding areas.
- Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are properly set up and maintained.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to colleagues, responding to their requests and inquiries.
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory control as required.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition events, and team member initiatives.
- Help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall team member experience.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture and Culinary Cafeteria teams on colleague-focused events and activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, staff dining, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- A warm, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating positive experiences and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
