WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Associate PLM – Speed & SMU supports the end-to-end product management of the global Speed & SMU portfolio across multiple seasons. Working closely with the Senior PLM – Speed & SMU, this role contributes to the development, planning and execution of a consumer centric, commercially robust and globally consistent Speed & SMU range.‑to‑end product management of the global Speed & SMU portfolio across multiple seasons. As a key partner within the product creation process, you help translate consumer insight, category strategy and design direction into detailed product requirements, supporting the creation of compelling silhouettes, materials and constructions that reinforce brand identity and drive category growth. You assist in managing the product lifecycle, maintaining portfolio health, monitoring performance signals and driving operational discipline across briefs, samples, PLM systems and seasonal gates.
This role collaborates across Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Marketplace & GTM, Planning and regional teams to ensure the Speed & SMU assortment delivers against strategic KPIs such as SKU productivity, margin mix, lifecycle velocity, segmentation accuracy, demand conversion and on time adoption.‑time adoption.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Associate PLM (Bags), you will be responsible for:
- Supporting development of the global Speed & SMU assortment across icons, franchises and seasonal newness, assisting with briefs, documentation and seasonal line reviews aligned to category strategy.
- Managing product lifecycle and portfolio health, maintaining accurate PLM data, tracking SKU performance and identifying risks, gaps or duplication.
- Analysing consumer insights, competitive benchmarks and performance data to inform range decisions, seasonal planning and long-range opportunities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Development, Merchandising, Brand and regional teams to align product creation, pricing, storytelling and go-to-market execution.
- Driving operational excellence across seasonal processes, critical path tracking and PLM governance, supporting efficient workflows and continuous improvement.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, seasonal briefing and cost/margin dynamics across footwear and Speed & SMU categories.
- Consumer and insight-led mindset, able to translate trends, market signals and consumer needs into actionable product direction.
- Proactive cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills, partnering effectively across Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning and Brand teams.
- Commercially and analytically minded, using performance data, pricing architecture and SKU metrics to support recommendations and portfolio health.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with strong attention to detail, delivery discipline and a growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
